o Camping Only Lots: You cannot live on a camping lot.
o Multi-purpose Lots:
o You can ALWAYS pay at the gate when the office is closed. They will need your Photo ID to look you up. You can pay by cash, card, and/or check. There is a fee to run a card.
o You may also go to the “Pay Here” tab on the Woodland Lakes website and pay through there. If you pay on the website, make sure you click the fee calculator to calculate fees to be added.
You are limited to 180 overnight stays per 12-month period for recreational use. Lot owners shall have year-round access to their lot and other amenities within Woodland Lakes for maintenance and enjoyment purposes.
You will call the gate to report any bathhouse issues, and they will call the appropriate person to take care of said issue.
o Homes – Must be 720 SF or larger on multi-purpose lots. Must submit permit from the state for septic system and provide the name of the licensed well driller for the well.
o Mobile Home – Must be 720 SF or larger. Some age/condition requirements must be met. Must submit permit from the state for septic system and provide name of the licensed well driller for the well.
o Camping Cabins – Maximum size for Multi-purpose Lots – 520 SF of floor space. No plumbing allowed.
o Storage Sheds – Each approved on a case-by-case basis.
o Garages – Each approved on a case-by-case basis.
o Patio Covers -- Each approved on a case-by-case basis.
o Carports -- Each approved on a case-by-case basis.
o Decks & porches -- Each approved on a case-by-case basis.
o Electric Service – Must be installed by Crawford Electric.
o Culvert (Road drainpipes) – Size and material requirements must be met.
o Septic Systems – Not allowed on Camping Only lots. Must be a state approved system. State permit must be submitted before installation.
o Wells – Must be done by a licensed well driller.
o Fences – No barbed or razor wire allowed.
o Boat docks – Check the specification sheet for details. Each approved on individual basis
o Flat concrete work (patios/sidewalks/etc.)
o Gravel
o Cutting trees and clearing your lot.
o Retaining walls
