We have had some questions from owners wanting to know how their assessments are broken out.
Lot #1 - If you purchased your lot after 2013 your total assessment on this lot would be $318.50.
That breakout is:
Lot #1 - If you purchased your lot before 2012 OR if you own more than one lot labeled #1. Your assessments are $298.50. The breakout is the same as above except there is no $20.00 to the Electric account.
Lot #2+ - If you own more than one lot, and the same names are on all of the lots, your assessment would be $113.00 on each of those additional lots. The breakout for that amount is:
All assessments are due on September 1st of each year. We give you the entire month of September to get them paid. If they are not paid by October 1st, interest will accrue, and you will not have vehicular access until they are paid.
You can now pay your assessments online through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to do this. Click on the Pay Here button on this website. There is a fee for paying through PayPal, so please contact the Trustee office for your total or refer to the fee chart under the Pay Here tab.

Due to the hot temperatures and dry conditions, we are asking everyone to be extremely cautious with fires. If you have a small campfire, please make sure it is completely extinguished before you walk away from it. Open burning of leaves & brush should be put on hold until we have better conditions.

At the meeting on Saturday, August 12th, concerns were made regarding the drop off by the small pavilion. The maintenance department put rock down on Monday to correct the issue until a more permanent repair can be made.

We have had some comments about when & how the owners were notified about the 2014 DNR ruling. The 2014 letter from the DNR has never been a secret and the information wasn't withheld from the property owners.
Fact #1 - We received the letter on November 21, 2014
Fact #2 - We mailed a letter to all owners who had a camping cabin or storage shed on their property on January 17, 2015.
Fact #3 - In the 2015 Spring Newsletter, Article XXVI was on the ballot to be deleted. Here is the wording from the newsletter, "This amendment will be deleted in its entirety because of the MO DNR state law ruling. Failure to approve the deletion of this amendment will require the board to refuse/reject any requests for combination of lots. See related article."
Fact #4 - An article was placed in the 2015 Spring Newsletter notifying the owners of the DNR ruling and where to obtain a copy of the whole document if they wanted one.
Fact #5 - If you were told prior to the November ruling that you could combine lots, it was the appropriate answer at that time, but you were NOT told that after the DNR made their ruling.
