INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE YOUR ASSESSMENT PAYMENT:

There is a fee to pay online with Square. You can use your credit or debit card. To include the card processing fee, please add 3.2% to your Assessment.
You must add the fee before submitting your payment or your assessments will be short and you will have a balance due.
Then, fill in your lot, block, section, property owner name and click the PAY NOW button below.

* Per the Trust Indenture, the owner is responsible for the credit/debit card fees. If there is any remaining amount, it will be credited to your account.

Your annual assessments are due September 1st, you have until September 30 to pay.

After October 1, late fees will add on to any unpaid balance monthly.

You have 3 ways to pay:

* pay online

* mail in a check or money order

* pay in person at the office.

Visit the office during business hours to register your vehicles and toys.

For vehicles- please bring your current registration receipt & insurance.
For toys- please bring your current insurance & 2025 Toy Card.
