Woodland Lakes is seeking highly motivated, professional, and reliable individuals for the following full-time/part-time positions.

Ideal for a retired law enforcement officer

Maintain safety and security through the Woodland Lakes Community. Enforce community rules and regulations, patrol the property, respond to incidents and provide excellent customer service to residents and guests. Nights and weekend hours are required.

• Patrol lakes, roads, and common areas (vehicle and foot patrol)
• Respond to emergencies and calls for service
• Enforce community covenants and local laws
• prepare incident and activity reports
• Assist residents with safety and security needs

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Missouri Driver's License with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• For Full-Time Deputy position: A minium of 2 years of law enforcement experience required - Retired officers are strongly encouraged to apply
